Generative AI overview for Project Managers
This course is eye opening and if you don't know a lot yet about generative Artificial Intelligence GenAI, this would be a good place to start. This course covers;

✅ the application of AI in project management
✅ best practices of using AI as a way of working in project management
The Project Management Institute are offering this course for free, their argument is that project managers are often at the heart of organisations, often across all levels, and who best to show how GenAI could work in practice. Absolutely not a replacement for human intelligence, GenAI relies on data input and validation by a human.
A full range of options are available to use from generative AI to improve and speed things up in project management, creation and organising documents, calculating earned value, ROI and more, creating a compelling business case. With any of the AI approaches it is about the data you put into it, that will yield the outputs.
